I have been working with Mike for over 2 years now, and he truly is the personification of dedication and knowledge. Not only are his training sessions very diverse, he is very creative in finding exercises and workouts that benefit your injuries or muscle groups specifically, or a theme of the month more generally. He combines weights, kettlebells, high intensity, MMA, and agility training, which is quite a feat. I am very happy with Mike as my trainer and am in the best shape of my life.

I have been working with Mike for three years now and could not be happier. I first met Mike at Tapout where he was teaching classes. Mike just had an easy going vibe about him which made it so easy to choose him to train with. Mike has an endless amount of skills to teach. Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, lifting, stretching, physical therapy, you name it. I hurt my shoulder when I was a kid and my mobility has been limited ever since. Working with Mike, he has shown me how to improve and even rebuild my shoulder back to health. I am in the best shape of my life and owe it all to Mike.
